Hi Joeseph, Ross, Adam, Freddi & Sven,
when my wife "dragged" me to your Nürnberg concert I didn't have a clue what to expect. And when I found myself as a part of a 25-piece-audience I thought, hmmm well... (or as Joseph put it: Not too crowded, huh?!)
However, what I witnessed for the following two hours was doubtlessly one of the best club concerts I ever experienced. Right from the first tune I was fascinated with Joseph's songwriting as well as his interpreting and singing, which was accompanied by an awesome backup unit: Ross's riffs and licks drove many of the song to their internal peak, while Sven's unconspicuous, yet highly sophisticated drumming perfectly communicated with Freddi's subtle, yet powerful bass playing. I can still hear Adam's trumpet in my head and I'd appreciate if this had not been Adam's last musical trip to Germany.
So, I can just thank my wife Esther for buying these tickets and providing me with one of the most beautiful birthday presents I ever got in the last 44 years.
Hoping to see ya'll on stage again soon...

Thank you for signing Franks and my son's cds last night in Dortmund. Flo likes the songs, will come next time to the subrosa. It is an unusual joint our subrosa with the misplaced loos,but the atmosphere is good , because people listen well.
And you made us sing along to 'No Diguise' creating some moments of a 'we shall overcome' atmosphere. Well done.
Your solo Thibauld/P. versions were far from being dull at all, because you were free to be more spontaneous so more dynamic without your congenial partner. Hats off.
However, listening to one of you makes me miss the other one and Terry, too . Looking forward to listening to new stuff from either of you.

I love both of the new albums. "Falling" is a softer touch to some of my favorite songs. "Heavens Above" is just stellar from beginning to end. My iPod plays these songs all the time. Loved the US Rails shows, but I'm longing for a solo show.

Hey Joseph! Not sure if you remember me, I was a huge Bet Williams groupie in Philly, I live in Hawaii now. Good to see you still playing. "Mercy" still makes all my favorite mix playlists, and I'd love to get that old song about driving "...around in my car, watch the sun come up and the moon go down..." I think my ex-girlfriend has the cassette.
